CSP Office Supplies does collect a certain information from our customers and visitors to our website. We do this for the business operartions and for improving your experience on our site. We know that keeping your personal information private is very important and we do this responsibly and in accordance with Canadian laws. 

Shipping & Returns Policies

Shipping Policy 

CSP Office Supplies offers FREE standard shipping on all orders over $150. All orders shipped within Canada are shipped using Purolator or local couriers. At this time, we do not offer any international shipping options to destinations outside of Canada.

Note: All product descriptions are provided to CSP Office Supplies by our suppliers of that product and CSP is not responsible for any inaccuracies that may be published.

Returns

CSP Office Supplies will accept returns on any unopened product within 30 days of the original ship date. A 10% returns processing fee will be subtracted from the original cost and a credit for the difference will be issued. Shipping costs are not refundable. Please note that any product that has been opened may not qualify to be returned. All items purchases on sale are final, and CANNOT be returned to CSP. Please contact us prior to shipping products back to obtain a return authorization number from us.

No credits or refunds will be issued until we have received the product into our facilities and have examined them. All returned items must be in the original packaging and must have all original items included within the original packaging.
